G05 Noise from centre console

Hi, All so I picked up my 2019 G05 M50d yesterday and it has a noise that sounds like the parking brake engaging and disengaging constantly. Even when you turn off the car its present but does stop eventually when locked as it's not there when I return. After startup, it will happen within 5 mins. Any ideas? Has anyone seen this? Video attached here.
