I feel like he just over focused on that.

Clickbait is sensationalized content. I didn't say the crash wasn't in the video, but it's not the whole video. He just knows that a crash thumbnail will draw in a lot more views then a car driving thumbnail. That probably drew the (negative) attention from the ring.
