What's the best way to clean these

I am not exactly sure what is causing these stains, but we have a birch tree next to our driveway so perhaps it's from that tree.

Window cleaners seem to be kind of working, but still requires a lot of rubbing. Is there a better / easier way to get rid of them?

Use a mid solvent or tar remover.

Tree sap? Take 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber towel, soak a corner of the towel with alcohol (about half an ounce) and apply gentle back and forth pressure (don’t apply too much pressure or you’ll scratch your clear coat)… slowly work the sap away. When the sap is gone completely, there will be some residue from the alcohol/sap, so make one last pass with a clean microfiber towel and some quick detailer. Most important rule for tree sap is to remove it ASAP before it hardens and ruins your clear coat.

If you're going to leave it parked outside get a vehicle cover!

Adams detail spray(pink stuff) with microfiber towel will take it right off and leave a great shine.

Thanks all! I had some 99% alcohol at home, I tried it. It worked faster than window cleaner, but still required quite a bit rubbing.

I ordered a tar remover as well as the Adam's pink spray. I'll try them in a few days after they arrive.

Vehicle cover is a good idea in general, but not quite practical as I'd have to put it on/off every day while also juggling my toddler

Habor Freight, Autozone, etc - Stones Terminator. Be mindful it's -solventy- so just spray, wipe off and rinse well.

Sap eventually etches into clear coat so you might want to find a different parking spot.....

Car covers for daily driven vehicles are not realistic long term.
