2019 X5 Upper Tailgate Problem - Help please

Hi guys. I'm sorry for the delayed update. For some reason, I called the dealership and reserved a loaner. I dropped it off on March 2nd and it was done 5 days later. It took them a while to get the part. The part that was replaced was this one - https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...mw-51247441799

I got charged $1,100, including the labor
