Sick of Hearing new update will fix my issues ugh!!

First Bmw I ever owned love the car...but in the past 60 days it has been at the dealer 55 days out of 60...every issue I have is being pointed at the update...which cant be true and update is sometime in July?

- Dash blanking out completely
- Dash Flickering
- Remote Start not working anymore
- Driver Assist Failing
- Replace battery
- Parking Assist Failing
- Fm Antenna not working at times
- Bluetooth connection errors
- Remote 3d View not working

I am sure there is more this is what I can think of top of my head...Opened a case with BMW NA while back...got a call today there is nothing they can do and my request for buy back is denied...even though I still dont have my car because the dealer is still "working on it"

Dealer tells me car should be replaced but cant do anything unless BMW NA helps.

I am assuming just like others on here I am screwed?

I dont know if I should trade this car in and get another BMW or go away from the brand

These *may* be helped or addressed by an update to your vehicle's firmware. What version are you currently running? Anything related to KAFAS was helped tremendously by the version I'm running (03/2019.48) as was Bluetooth connectivity issues. Since my update, I've had zero issues with my center display going dark on me.

Lemon law the car and move on. Looks like in Texas there is a 30 day limit, if your car is out of service for 30+ days you can lemon law the car.

Reduced the quote...

Any dealer that tells you that instead of fixing it or attempting to fix that RUN!!!!!! Go to another dealer fast. Most of the issues you stated are probably due to a bad control unit (I know BMW has many in one vehicle). Most of the time in my experiences when you have many electrical, software bugs at one time that is one of the best signs you can have, its the ones that pop up and go away randomly that are the worst to deal with. A good dealer can troubleshoot that out.

They have a caveat to the 30 day test, if you are given a comparable loaner then it doesn't count towards the lemon law.

I would love to tell you but I don't have my car...from what I have been told it has been updated several times and it's the latest one available
