Just received a notification from the app - first time ever I believe. The notification is about the smoke/fires currently over the Northeast (horrible!!), mentions to recirculate the air, and of course, have the cabin air filter checked and possibly replaced (presumably at my cost).

I liked the notification. Would I get a notification if the alarm went off (break-in), or if towed? And, anyone know if I can just go in and request micro filter replacement for free/Ultimate Care?
