My parents have had Carbon black on their last two X5s. It worked on their E70 M Sport, but on the G05 M Sport I'm really not a fan. Maybe it's because the G05 doesn't look/feel as sporty as the E70 did, or may it's because Carbon black is more of a dark blue regardless of the lighting outside.

My vote goes to Phytonic Blue. It's sporty, showy, but not too showy.

Went with the blue..whichever the basic one was lol. I couldn't do white or black. Nothing wrong with them, but it seems everyone goes that route.

I will say, I thought I remember a champagne type of color years ago. When we test drove a Volvo a couple of years back, they have a pebble gray, which looked like champagne. That would likely be the only other color I would have chosen if that was an option.

And our last 4 vehicles have been some form of charcoal/gray. So we needed some more flavors

Or this one , individual colour nardo grey, havent seen it on the road before. Similar to lime rock grey (which I like as well). I just picked it up.

Change those rims to black 22" and should be good. What you guys think ?

Metallic Silver? The new G05 MY24 list "Skyscraper Grey" as an option. Haven't seen a X5 in that color in person yet but it looks like a medium silver metallic. Check out the on-line photo of color on an X7. Anyone else think this the color just sparkles?:

We have Tanzanite and Carbon Black and they're both amazing. But if I had to choose one, it would be Tanzanite.

Went back and forth on the Manhattan Green because it reminded me of the Dravit gray in some ways (but unfortunately not available on the 45e). I wanted a dark color and always liked the look of Carbon Black, so opted for that since the color selection is a bit limited on the 45e.

I ordered mine in mineral white ,Cognac seats. M sport package. I thinking of getting the wheels repainted to make the car stand out without being too gaudy. I need to decide flat or shiny black, metallic grey or something else hopefully I’ll know it when I see it.

For me, it's phytonic blue, it's amazing light blue under the sun, darker and more beautiful in the sunset and almost like Tanzanite at evening.

2016 was Alpine White. Previous 5 cars back to 2008 were white.
Time for a change!
2022 Arctic Gray. The only other color I would take.
Is it gray, is it blue…not sure.

We went with Manhattan Green for our 45e (had silver and white in the past). Saw it in-person at the show room and outside before ordering and went with it last Spring.

I wanted Phytonic blue but ended up with arctic gray, which I like, but is a fairly dark gray (with blue hues in sunlight). I like the more "fun" colors personally and am not a black/white car guy. Wish they offered a red even! It's all personal preference though.

Great color with an Individual feel .. very dark blue-black with less light .. more blue during the day.

Like most darker colors maintenance requires work.
