New X6 arrives this week!

My X6 — 40i/Aventurin Red/Silverstone/Poplar matte — is officially on the truck…I’ll be a first time BMW owner in a few days! (For reference I ordered thru dealer 5/26.)

Will share photos when she’s officially mine.. Taking name suggestions but initially she looks like a Rosa or Roxanne. 😜

Aventurin red has much more depth than I could have ever drawn from the website, so I’m really glad I went with that. Sharing some photos of her in various lighting.

Will be getting windows tinted, swapping out grill, and considering ceramic wrap next.

(P.s. The new base model engine is fierce! Has better fuel economy than the Ford Edge I traded, too. &#128513

By the way, I don't think BMW gets nearly enough credit for the fuel economy that the updated B58 engine delivers, especially while also putting out 375 underrated horsepower! You can go on the EPA website and search for 2023-24 4WD/AWD SUVs, and the only 6-cylinder SUV (excluding PHEVs) that beats the X5 with B58 is the new CX90, and just barely. The only other mid-to-large sized SUVs that beat the X5 with B58 are the RX, Highlander, Sorento, and Santa Cruz, all with far less powerful 4-cylinder HYBRIDS!
