X6M Comp looks way more aggressive and will likely outpower the Cayenne Coupe if what I heard is correct.

625Hp ~600lb-ft torque so we are likely going to see a sub 3.5s 0-60 time, I'm guessing around 3.2s or lower all while handling better than it should
We don't know exactly how the X6M will look yet, the X5 is out and main change will be cosmetic outside and better seats.

BTW the seats are amazing

There is zero change an X6M will do 0-60 in 3.2
Mine did in 3.85 so mine guess new one will be 3.5
3.7-3.8 would be more realistic and still pretty incredible
the old did did 3.8s so this on will be faster

those seats look incredible

Definitely faster.... considering weighing less and more power and improved XDrive it will shave minimum .3 sec.

yep, it's going to blow away everything else, maybe even the Jeep GC Trackhawk with the 707Hp hellcat engine since it current holds the 0-60 record for gas SUVs

Will depend on the market, but the difference is negligible and you can safely use M5's numbers in your estimates.

I can't wait to move somewhere so I can actually drive a full ///M car/SUV. Where I'm at now the roads aren't forgiving and my back would not appreciate that daily

Real M suspension is absolutely not as comfortable as the standard M Package variants.

I'm still to much on the performance side of driving to give up the button downed suspension.

It's totally effortless driving in true M cars and there is just no compromise for me.
Or switch back to sedan? It's still a SUV still has inherently higher center of gravity/heavier etc

Not sure what you mean...

I was responding to a post about a poster saying X5M suspension was to firm for him. I can totally agree. A real M suspension is performance first...

My 06 daily driver GTI does a better job on beat up roads. Nice skinny 17 inch wheels

I like the X5M But not in place of my F80 M3.

Good point. But imo X6M is no match for Cayenne coupe this time.

Yes, obviously the X6 M will be no match for the Cayenne Coupe. Like you I can confidently express this opinion based on the single leaked photo of the rear end and zero specs we have about it. 🙄

I am pretty sure that both, the normal X5M and the Competition will be revealed at the same time. That will be the case with the new M3/M4 as well and is the strategy from BMW going forward - see AMG's "S" models.

The one accurate way to go by is official figures, otherwise we'll be listing 20 different sources.

official figures are never accurate, BMW is far too conservative with their numbers just like rated HP/torque. I trust C&D since I've always matched their times or done better myself

official figures are never accurate, BMW is far too conservative with their numbers just like rated HP/torque. I trust C&D since I've always matched their times or done better myself
100% agree, some car companies we advertise the absolute best time possible in best conditions while others (like BMW) usually advertise expected results in average conditions with an average driver... the difference could be big (like on M5). Porsche is also like BMW while most US companies will advertise super low times even times testers can't duplicate.
