In the My Garage on the My Vehicle screen it shows In Production on the left but status still shows Scheduled For Production

A man at the dealer earlier this month told me that Feb 26 was the next production date.

Do you think the systems just behind or it got delayed? The Rep at My Genius could not give me any additional info on a date.

Likely the system is just behind. That tracker has a rather wide definition of "In Production" and "Scheduled for production." That said, it could sit at that status until your dealer's X6 allocation hits the calendar. That should be the same as his comment about the next production date, but...maybe not. Although most changes occur overnight, you might see a change during the day. And once it starts moving, it moves very quickly. Last month, our X6 went from your current status to Assembly Started/Scheduled for Carrier in a flash.

For more detailed info, you can try the so-called "F12" maneuver. Here are the instructions for Safari, though some details may have changed:
1. Browse to https://mygarage.bmwusa.com and login
2. Select My Vehicles page
3. Safari | Settings| Advanced |
4. Check Show Developer menu in menu bar
5. Right-click ON SCREEN to show popup menu
6. Select Inspect Element
7. Click Network tab
8. Refresh page
9. Click Preview tab
10. Click forward entries till you find the right one. Scroll until you find the tiny "Prod date."
If you get error messages, keep trying.

The note has nothing to do with the status of your build. It is just a descriptor on the web page to delineate vehicles that an owner has from those they have on order.

Both your dealer and Genius can give you your production week. Just give Genius a call with your production number and they can give you the week.

Thank you both for your responses. I did call genius and they told me the date is blank.

I will maybe give it a day or so to see if anything updates then I will call my dealer.

You called again or talking about the first Genius you talked to? Since every production number has a production week assigned to it (we are not talking about 105s) they should be able to tell you. You can also ask your deal for a VIR and that should show the week.

I called only once this morning before making my post. BUT....i just checked right before coming back to this thread and it entered production queue and I now have a Vin 🙌

The f12 thing doesn't work on my computer, I'm sure I have some sort of firewall or popup blocker on here.. It just non stop clocks after I refresh. I'm excited nonetheless that it's on the move

Sounds like the first one may have been looking for a date rather than a week. If you want, post or PM me your VIN and I will get you your date.
