Wireless charging not working

Hi, this x3 does have the wireless charging pad but it doesn’t work when you put a phone on it. Is this a placeholder or can I activate it with coding using esys

Are you sure it does? My tray has a led status light near the bottom towards the gear lever which turns blue when charging…..

Can’t see a status light on yours?

When was your car built? Wasn’t there a time when wireless charging was deleted due to chip issues?

As above it should have a status light, looks like yours just has a blanking plate
