Oh ok, so a 50e produced in March? Turtleboy thought there were no 50e's for US until April for a US production run..... that's great though if that's the case.

Waited 9 months for mine, itching for it! Latest review on Remove Before Race YT Chanel is excellent

No, not at all. They have been being produced all year just in very limited quantities. Production actually picked up a bit in the last few weeks.

No, they are all produced at the same time. For the last month or so they seem to be trying to get the non-us orders done but also have been building US ones.

If you look for some videos of the BMW assembly line, you can see how it doesn't discriminate by paint color, intended market, or some other factor that might be used to "batch generate" a group of cars.

It's really a work of art how BMW (and other manufacturers, too) manages to coordinate everything on a production line, when one car rolling down can be a white X5 40i going to the suburbs of Atlanta, and right behind it is an MSport X5 50e in Brooklyn gray headed to the UK, obviously with the steering wheel on the wrong side...

Ok that's against what the Dealer Principal told me. He stated Australia gets "an allocation of 50e models" and "we just need to wait until it's our turn"

No it is not as that is two different things. When production occurs all vehicles/countries are mixed as described. That does not mean that all countries are being produced all of the time. Australia may only have their vehicles produced three times a year (just picking a number) in groups but when they are being produced it is with all of the other vehicles.
