12V power outlet fuse replacement

I have a 2019 X5. The front and rear passenger 12V outlets do not work and I suspect that fuse F46 has blown. This fuse is located in the front right fusebox, which is under the dashboard on the right hand side of the drivers footwell.
Now I can drop the cover down so that I can see the fusebox, and if I try really hard I can just about see the fuse in question, however this fuse is impossible to access.
So I guess that I need to drop the fusebox out in order to change the fuse.
Is this correct and if so does anyone have any tips please on how best to do this?
Thanks in anticipation

Can the fuse be reached with an extra long pair of needle nosed pliers? If yes, perhaps a stop by you local Harbor Freight (or similar inexpensive tool shop) could help solve the problem. If its a tool that you probably won't use very much over the rest of your lifetime...there's no need to spend a lot of money for a tool you'll use sparingly...but could be quite handy when you do need it.

Somewhere there's a guide for accessing this fuse box. After removing the panel under the glove box you'll need to pry up the sill plate to pull back the carpet to reach back in there.

Thanks Qsilver 7 and JimVR4 for you quick replies.
The fuse cannot be reached with needle nosed pliers as you suggest, I can barely see the fuse, let alone reach it with any sort of tool :-)
JimVR4 - I have looked for a guide for accessing the fuse box but couldn't find anything. I'll have a look at pulling back the carpet as you suggest.
Thanks for your help

One more observation. The fuse puller tool is with the rear fusebox which is accessed by pulling a side panel in the cargo area. A standard commercial one could work as well. The fuse panel map is also back in the rear. The map covers both fuse boxes.

HI JimVR4, thanks for the additional info. Found the rear fusebox but no fuse panel map, however I have managed to get one from www.bmw.com/fusecard so I am all set.
Thanks for your help

On my car that fuse map was folded up into a tiny bunch and stuffed into a small slot in the fuse panel.
