Recommended Tyre Pressure

I am always confused at Gas station while inflating my tyres to right amount of air. There are recommended settings on the driver side door but there also settings on tyres itself which are different from the one on door.

I have 22 inches
Front : 275/35 R22 Y XL
Rear : 315/30 R22 Y XL

Any help in this regards will be much appreciated.

I think there is an idrive menu option (TPMS bit) which allows you to configure the tyre config, winter/summer, size and if comfort or load is preferred.

It then makes some recommendations on the inflation.

Thanks! I haven't opted for TPM feature so don't have this option sadly.

Garage List
The settings on the door are the maximum recommended pressures for the OEM tires with the maximum recommended load in the car. The pressure on the tire is the maximum safe pressure for the tire itself, which will be higher than the door sticker.
