Front suspension humming noise at 100km/h

Hey guys, has anyone experienced a resonant humming noise from the front end while at 100km/h? Almost like blowing into the end of a straw and it makes that low hollow humming noise.

It is literally only at that speed, if I go above or below than it doesn't make the noise. I set my cruise to 102km/h to avoid it.

I changed my tires and psi but it didn't make a difference.

Any advice is appreciated.

I have the same sound, did you solve it? Someone from BMW service told me that could be a M brakes. The air rotate and there is this sound but O don't believe him.

I haven’t changed my setup since this post. Some days it is more noticeable than other days. I think it has something to do with tire temp. I’ll be changing my tires to the summer pirelli ones in May and see if there is any change.

Yes, I see the same with temperature. I am after changing brake rotors and then on winter this noise has started. I tried summer wheels but it was the same.
What type od brakes do you have? Standard or M?

Just an update, I changed my winter Michelin psas4 to the summer pirreli’s and the sound went away.

Guess I’ll find out in the winter again if it does it….

Pilot sport all seasons are back on.

The 100kmh humming noise isn’t there anymore but the tires are loud like winter tires.

It bugs me but it keeps me alive.

Just received my X5e50, noticed an annoying sound around 120kmh (running on 22"), probably resonance of some sort. Will go back to the dealer soon for some paint job and will mention this.
