No idea when or even if it hit Toronto port. I know a number of units arrived at the same time.
Pickup is Wed. PM so I can verify the features then. Thursday it’s off for custom wheels and Pirelli snows.
Dec. 8 order and Feb. 9 delivery so not bad in this environment.

It’s finally sitting in my garage replacing a 2012 vermillion X5. The inclusions and deletions are as I reported above.
Love the Manhattan green. It really sparkles in the sun and pairs up well with the cognac interior.

Unfortunately,no garage door remote and no fog lights, both of which I use extensively. On the other hand I unexpectedly got air suspension and soft close doors. Anyone else get these?

Is hk sound back or is there still a shortage in them? I have one built status is 193 at port, how long does it usally sit there as it been there for more then a week.

If anyone has info on the HK sounds please lmk i will cancel my order and re order a new one if hk sound is back as i have no problem waiting again.

I just received a call from my dealer and my X5 45e is in production and should be at the dealership early April or mid-April at the latest. He said it travels by truck from factory to the dealership. I ordered Jan 5th and was always told it would be built in March and delivered early April.

Exclusions currently noted on the build: HK, heated cupholders, soft close doors

Inclusions worth noting: wireless charging, garage opener

We'll see what is included/excluded when it arrives though as this is fluid.

Looks like I'll have to deep dive further into the amp/speaker replacement threads on here now

I placed my order in mid-February for a 45e (M-Sport, Vernasca Leather, 741Ms, Advanced Driver Assistance, Black Grill) which I was told started production in late February - early March and is currently in transit with an expected delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

Last year allotment to delivery time was around 8 weeks. Not sure if MC models takes longer than that.

My build week was Week 38. Here is a recent timeline for my X5 50e and mine was shipped to a dealership in Toronto, ON.

Ordered: August 17, 2023
Order Received: August 30, 2023
Production Begins: September 07, 2023
Entering Assembly: September 20, 2023
Final Assembly: September 21, 2023
In Transit: September 22, 2023 by train
Arrived at Concord Autoport: October 04, 2023
Delivery to Dealership: October 06, 2023 by transport
Pick up from Dealership: October 14, 2023

Search on Google Canada BMW Tracking. You will need to get the Production Number from your dealership. Once the dealership has their allotment, eventually you will be able to see that the Order Received on the website. From there it will say Production Begins. At that point, it usually takes about 2 weeks for it to enter the Assembly.

We don’t get the same info like they do in the USA because they can add the new vehicle to My Garage and even see what options it has. It basically turns into watching and refreshing to see the next steps. Best of luck watching your build!
