Seat belt extender middle seat
I've searched my ass off, but couldn't find it.
The two outer seats are normal seat belts, but the middle one is different. Now with 3 booster seats, it's nearly impossible to get to the seat belts. I want to put in a rigid extender, but now where to be found for the middle seat. See pictures for details, normal vs middle seats. Anyone got a suggestion? |

You might want to check regulations first as seat belt extenders for car seats are not recommended in Canada as it's not safe. When I looked at them they specifically said do not use with car seats/boosters.
In addition, all the car seat techs said it was not legal to use them with car seats. |

https://www.seatbeltextenderpros.com/safety/ But these guys don't have a solution for the middle seats. When I read about my local regulation, the E4 certification is mandatory. |

Did you ever find a suitable solution to this issue with the middle seat belt? We are now finding the same issue with 3 booster seats in the rear of our X5. Not normally a problem as the kids usually like to use the 2 rear seats (7 seater) but when we want to use the boot, and 5 of us in the car, this seat belt issue can be a REAL pain in the ass.
