I got news from my dealer yesterday saying that my scheduled delivery is now foreseen at the end of September (the original date was end of June, ordered January 8th)
He also said that seen the capacity is still fluctuating, a more precise date will be known the week of June 1st... fingers crossed.

This dealer says June and a massive delay, your dealer says half May before you know anything, my dealer says it is scheduled W23 and has no indication that this is wrong.
Belgium dealers should call BMW Belux to send out a confirmed correct information to their customers because this shitshow is just not professional, even in this special times.

Yes, I think the M seats were available from August or September 2019. In that period I was thinking of changing the comfort seats for the M seats. But M seats are only available in black and sales guy said that they are less comfortable than the comfort seats. But they look awesome!

My dealer won't give any info until official communication from Belux and he said Belux asked not to give dates until that time. And they expect that to happen next week. So I even don't know a potential incorrect production week. I explicitly asked what do you see in the system now and they won't say it Or maybe they see W52 2021 and are afraid to tell me Only thing I know is that last week the status was 112.
Other dealers seem to give potential incorrect dates. Why can't everyone give the same communication. If Belux asks not to give production weeks for the moment why do they do it? Is my dealer making this up or are other dealers saying fuck it I give the the dates to get rid of those annoying customers who are waiting?
This is just unprofessional from BMW.

Yes so this was a 45e ordered with some individual and special options ordered later than yours and delivered last week. What went wrong on your order? I would try to work something out with the dealer.

This is just unprofessional from BMW.

Probably best not to give any dates if they are not definitive. A second (or third ik some cases) delay would be unbearable.

Same situation in my job. Had to reschedule lots of cases and told them I could probably reschedule them end of may but had to be confirmed depending on regulations. I wouldn't give any dates if they were not sure.

And apparently it is difficult in our country in general to set regulations for the restart

This was the first one i got. Ordered the car on last day when dealers went into lockdown The PW was allocated end of April.

Ordered my Carbon Black on Tartufo back in January. Dealer placed the order in the first week of March due to the delay with Tartufo.

I was expecting a further delay however my X5 has shipped and is en route to Toronto.
