Sounds like he didn't try to add it when he was putting your build options in. Just tell him that it is available for order and he should add it to your build. Don't worry about telling him how to do his job, many CAs know much less than they members of this forum.

It's def available. I put my 45e order in March 21. I already have confirmation that HK is part of my build - scheduled to complete production April 15. Then I wait.

Your CA is wrong. It's on my build, placed mid-March and scheduled for Week 18 production. It's on the web site. Lots of people here have reported it on their builds. He's misinformed as it clearly is available for 45e.
