yes, I did, that and Edge and Explorer and Chrome, and on my phone all the same. No luck.

on my laptop, i rarely use Safari nowadays, but Firefox does work without hiccups. Chrome works, but it's buggy. it makes me re-login every time when changing tabs between Home, Garage, Financial, etc.

Safari is my main browser but am finding more and more sites that have trouble writing their code so Safari works, or I guess to be fair say Safari is having more and more trouble handling various sites.

I called Genius, and they transferred me to the Assist line, who told me they all know the issue. They tried to delete all my info and reinstall it, and it didn't work, and they opened a ticket for me. Who knows. Just even more crazy they can't solve the ghost login for one email I don't use and can't create a new account w/ that. Oh well, it's a real problem that they know about.

I resolved this issue by installing the app on my Android device and then:

1. Click my profile icon (Bottom right person)
2. Hit the settings gear in the top right
3. Select Profile Data
4. Edit BMW ID
5. Keep the same email, but save shanges
6. Re-verify the email
7. Try to access my garage, at which time it asked for my address (new)
8. After entering my info there, I was able to track via the production number as expected

This thread gave me hope and creating new account fixed my issue.
Same as many here, I created an account and for the past 2/3 days it never worked.
On existing account I changed the email to a secondary email and verified it.
Then create a new account with primary email, verify email and then log in. (Probably I missed to verify email before logging in the first time around)
Clicked on garage and that asked me my address, input my VIN and now I can see the status.

BUT

How can I see the detail options for my build in the system? any one knows?

They removed that from the page. You can either ask your CA to run a Vehicle Inquiry or use the F12 process to get the option codes and decode them.

I've been having the same issue for several days. This morning when I tried to access the site, it took me to my account information page, and I entered my contact information. After that, I was in my garage, and there was a link to add a vehicle using the production number. The next thing I know, I see this.....btw I used Firefox

They must have done some server updates because some browsers work and some don't. I'm in IT so I tinkered around a little bit. I was able to take the faulty browser (Edge which is based on Chrome) and instead of going to MY BMW first and then My Garage, I went straight to My Garage site and was able to login without an error. I notice it definitely doesn't work right now in Firefox/Opera but it does in Safari/Chrome (on a mac).

I was also having issues with it in Firefox and discovered that if I close down all other instances of Firefox and any open tabs MyGarage will work. It also works if I use a private window in Firefox. I'm doing all of this on a Windows 10 PC.

As of January 2, 2023, its still not working for me regardless of using chrome or safari or opening multiple new accounts. It's simply not working. I was given a production number but have no way of tracking any progress. So disappointing & unprofessional by BMW.

Same here. I have the production number and don't have a place to key it in to get more details. I hope this site works the way it is supposed to.

I’ve been tracking our new 530e since ordering late Sept. We took delivery yesterday, and it reflected on the site just fine both through the MyBMW app and macOS Chrome

OK. I used firefox and created a new ID and this time it worked. I can add my car based on the production number. If I logout and login again (new ID) it shows the car in mygarrage.

But if I login to the mybmw app with my new ID, mygarrage is still empty. I can't add a new car based on production number. It only asks for VIN.

Long story short, at least I now have a way to track it till it is delivered. After that I will figure out which bmw ID to use.

I fought this issue all day yesterday, tried everything. 3 different computers multiple different browsers, no luck… this morning I tried again, still no luck. Until, I put safari in private mode, boom, I’m in! Now I can see that they have accepted my order….the waiting is the hardest part

I have used the private mode in Firefox several time when I was unable to access MyGarage any other way. But I have had days where nothing works and the message on the screen seems to indicate that there is an issue on their end.

I've had luck clearing out the browser's cache and cookies before accessing My Garage. Private/Anonymous mode clears the cache automatically when you close the window but cookies can still be an issue.
