This guys are in Dallas and supposedly will perform a bench unlock for $250. Not sure if that is actually true after briefly looking over their web site. I'm sure you can find out with a simple Email or call. Let me know how you make out with them.
There may be be others who do this now here in the US and possibly someone will chime in if they know.

Femto was doing this in Russia somewhere around St Petersburg and then moved to Finland when Putin sent his troops in to exterminate the Ukranians.

I did hear a while back that the Russians did learn how to unlock it what I did not know is that they moved from Russia to Finland to continue business interesting

Yeah, I read something a while back about them leaving Russia and moving to Finland for some geo political reasons possibly shipping concerns from the US. We have relatives in that area and there is fear and tension along the Finland-Russian border..

your ecm was produced before your car so since the cutoff is june I would say you only need a bench unlock.

the V8 cars have two ECMs though so keep that in mind, double the unlock price. I see you have a 40, not sure how many ECMs those have.

ECM's made before 06/2020 but software updated to 11/2019 or later need bench unlock.

ECM's made after 06/2020 need FEMTO unlock. This means any 2021+ model year. Generally 2020 and earlier are safe and only need bench.
