I have a 45e arriving soon and the dealer is telling me the current finance incentives of "Manufacturer to Consumer
APR Credit - FS Retail Finance/Select" of $2500 and the "Manufacturer to Dealer" of $2500 is the same. Does anybody know all of the current incentives if I am financing? I have Military for $500 that I know of. Thanks in advance!

Loyalty usually cannot be combined with other rebates, but the bit about an "ordered car" is nonsense.

Loyalty can be combined with everything but Corporate.

Which dealer did you go with? Looking to order a x5, best i can get local is 4% which is terrible low.

i know some people can squeeze milk out of a rock, but believe me 10% is not happening these days without a battle or take what we got on the lot. I think 5-7% is the most common, and yes region varies. how much effort you want to expend to get that extra % is up to you. My brother will battle till they kick him out for $10. I am happy with what I am happy with walking in, and each party makes away with a little. It's just not worth the headache for me to save another few hundred bucks. plus for me it ruins the whole experience. So goodluck shopping and know that just like real estate, this market is a seller's market right now, so odds are against us. Chip shortage is killing it, and people coming out of pandemic are buying up everything out there. It changed dramatically the last 3-4 months.

I still got 12K off my M50i. So it depends on your relationship with the dealer

I got 8% off for one on the lot including incentives and rebates and was trying my best to negotiate. Located in IL. Inventory is super tight now and I did not want to custom order with the limited options.

Wonder if anybody know any good dealership in Pacific Northwest? (Seattle, WA). The people up here is not willing to take a dime off a X5 MSRP which pisses me off.

maybe its more worth it to contact out of state dealers and arrange shipping or fly there to pick it up?
That will be my next move. Thanks !

That is fairly normal for that area. It has been known to give out the lowest discounts of any region in the US. In good times if you get 5% you got a great deal, in these times it is amazing they aren't asking for a premium over MSRP.

Portland area was better when I submitted a TrueCar request in February, received quotes of around 6% of off the lot X5's from Kuni. Same dealer refused to discount a custom order 45e. I eventually placed a custom order 45e from BMW Seattle and got 3.5% which was the best I could do in either OR or WA. But by the time it was delivered they affirmed they wouldn't give the same deal today. Looked out of state, but with the high sales tax and me wanting to trade in, along with high shipping costs to get vehicle here, even from CA, just wasn't worth it to me.

It's probably been mentioned on the forums before, but for those of you not looking to purchase for another 6 months or so, get the BMW CCA membership for $159 for 3 years and you'll be eligible for a $1,000 rebate on a new X5 after being a member for 6 months.

Order was placed back on May 3rd and I was able to get 10.5% off MSRP, not including $1000 in incentives, via a lease broker.

Just ordered 2022 X5 xDrive45e at 8% off MSRP and very happy. Hopefully there will be some additional incentives. Membership in BMWCCA will get you an additional $1000.

Great price. My dealer gave me 7.5 on a MY 22 40, and offered me 4.5 on a 50...

First post on the forum...I placed a 45e order last week. I was only able to get 3.5% off. First dealer I visited was selling at full MSRP only...wild. I will cancel the order though if any of the packages become unavailable.

I was a bit bummed about not being able to get HK audio and wireless charging. These parts shortages are the worst!

I have a x5 without the HK and a 540 with it and yes it is better than the Base It is most definitely not a deal breaker ( for me atleast ). Hi-Fi gets the job done
