Has anyone with 2021-2022 model has exhaust burbles ?

Barely...have your Engine Sound set to Sporty.

I have ASD coded off. If I leave the flaps open via BimmerLink, it's a bit louder but not significant.

Well i compare the v8's 2021 sound to a v6 no any burbles nothing ,was comparing to a x3 b58 m40i has more burbles then m50i even flaps open or sport mode still quaiet

I have a MY22, I really wonder what an older M50i without the updated iDrive sw sounds like!

Only burbles when in sport plus and engine sound set to sporty. It is subtle but there.

I have a 2022 m50 and hear zero burb - exhaust sound is very clean sounding if that makes sense

In sport+ there are some burbles. I'd say it's subtle, not obnoxious.

unfortunately solution i have is not shareable , i spent quite a lot of time on research. also not recomending for novice users of esys , can brick a dme easily

I feel like my m50i starts noticeably more aggressive when the exhaust sound is in "sport" mode.

Yes! It is as if someone gives it some gas at the start! Definitely surprises folks.

Yea! It certainly doesn't hurt to give it some gas on top of the normal start in sport plus mode. It sounds really aggressive then!

i had the res deleted, have burbles on Comfort now at higher RPMs. LOVE the sound. Mine is a '19 x50i (not M50i)

non 48V s , exhaust sounds much better then new ones , due new regulations bmw pretty much killed burbles sound
