Dealership is all the way in California - so it will be another approx 20 days if everything goes well during shipment. Wasn't gonna make a thread - but just got so damn excited to see the car is assembled and passed thru quality checked and ready to be shipped.

Don't see any deletions - though I haven't looked hard. Apple Car play seems to be there and no Touchscreen deletion.

Will post pictures when I have this beauty/beast in my possession.

Can't wait.

Thank you and congratulations on your car as well. First time I have ordered a car as expensive is this - in fact - the last car I purchased - which was the most expensive I had ever purchased - was almost half the price. So, should be a big upgrade and can't wait to get my hands on it.

Was curious if you have any experience with battery performance in below 0 weather and over 100 weather.

We just had some weather in the teens between Christmas and New Years. I did see the projected milage drop a bit to like 28/29 miles on a full charge.

As cold weather - you'll like the pre-condition feature.

Thank you and congrats to you as well. I did get lucky - I must have called every dealership in the states that touch Nevada plus Colorado. Turned out - I was able to place an order with a dealership only couple of hours away and the car went into the queue pretty much the next day. I had initially ordered X40i on Dec. 3rd and that car was delivered to the dealership on Jan. 4th (only 1 month turnaround). That's crazy in these times.

Yea...I recently discovered it on this amazing forum. During summers - I don't need to bc car stays in garage overnight which keeps the car cool - but in winters - garage is basically a freezer so I can precondition it while it's plugged in without using gas. I like that a lot.

I think the best source for MF, RV and incentive information is the Edmunds forum. They will give you the data based on your zip code.

Leasing the 45e doesn't really make sense since you forgo the $7,500 tax credit.

I have kind of stopped checking everyday for my own sanity. It will be here when it's here. Can't do much and trying not to think about it too much. Trying to enjoy the car I am planning on trading-in and gathering interior and exterior cleaning supplies to take care when it does arrive

Ok - So, finally called my CA - he told me in his system it says the car shipped on the 11th itself and he isn't sure why it's not updated online. It should be at the dealership in the next 10 business days - probably before that. We shall see - dealership is in California - so it usually takes 15-20 days once it's shipped.

Not gonna get too excited till I get the call that the car is at the dealership lol

Lease deals are pretty meh right now. You can just pocket the $7500 and sell it yourself after 3 years. Carvana and many other services make it super easy to sell.

I was not referring to leasing versus purchasing in general. I'm talking about the 45e, the $7,500 will likely make purchasing the better move even if you get rid of it in 3 years.

I run into this dilemma every time I purchase a new vehicle, I sit down and run the numbers and do the math and I have yet to come to a situation where leasing was better than financing in my situation in the end.
