Invoice is really a meaningless number since it doesn't reflect what the dealer actually pays/would make from the sale. Some folks still try and base negotiating off of it but they usually do not get the discounts others do using market comparisons/shopping around. That said, invoice varies but is about 93.5% of MSRP or so. A salesman I know just divides the MSRP by 1.065 and uses that result as it is within a $100 or so of the actual invoice.

Roger that, I am negotiating off of MSRP like I normally do but had a dealer email off the bat and said "thank you for reaching out! I would be happy to get you a custom order submitted and sell it to you for dealer invoice price."

He came back with "Invoice is $93,320" of MSRP of $98500. Another dealer is at 4% off and a 3rd at a flat $5000 is around 4.94%. Waiting on a few others.

I think he is a little high on his invoice price but feel all of those are pretty good for an M60i with an Individual paint. It seems like dealers are less likely to discount Individual orders.

Your numbers don't add up though unless you are ordering a stripped model. With Individual paint, a modest build should be $103k or so.

The one at $93k forgot to add the individual paint so his price is based off the wrong msrp of 98545. MSRP with Individual is $103.545.

Any thoughts on B&W stereo?

Okay, that makes more sense.

A high percentage of folks that get B&W are very satisfied with it. If you are an audiophile it probably is a must-have. If you mostly listen to talk radio then it won't make any difference. With my hearing it wouldn't make a difference however I would still get it because I think the speaker covers/ambient lighting look good.
