X5 Week 13 Build
We finally pulled the trigger on a 24 X5 40i for my wife. Genius tells me it is scheduled for week 13, which probably makes it the last week of the 24MY. That's fine with us since she keeps her cars a long time - we are replacing her 2014 Merc GL450.
She is a minimalist with her cars. We (or really "I") toyed with the M60, but with her using it 95% of the time it just wasn't worth the 15k plus premium. Plus she prefers the non-M Sport wheel and the chrome bits. The shadowline and blacked out grill make it look like a "guy's car".  Here's the spec: Skyscraper Black Merino Extended 20" 738 Wheels w All Season RFTs Premium, Parking, and Climate Packages Multicontour Seats I have had many BMWs, but this will be her first. We are excited!

I would certainly consider DAP, but my lovely wife would hate it. She mutters at the nannies in her current car all the time. And most of her driving will be city/short commute. I tried to to get her interested in 50e since it would really fit most of her use. No go...

Yeah thanks for the advice guys - I would probably tick that box. But then again I would pick up the M60, and based on my history with my G80 I would talk myself into just about everything on the option sheet.

I am in the same situation: car is status 165, sitting at the port in Charleston, SC.
Week 13 built 50e, dravit grey, coffee merino leather, all extras ticked except for leather dashboard, alcantara headliner, carbon fiber mirrors and sky lounge roof. Hopefully here by the end or may or the first half of june.

Yes, I saw in the Wallenius Wilhelmsen web tracker that a boat leaves Charleston today, with destination Zeebrugge. It's probably there.

Just came back from the dealer, my car is still sitting at the Charleston Port, and delivery has been pumped from week 20 to 22

I believe that they are on a boat because mine is status 165 but when they arrive at Bremerhaven they will update status 168 , i don’t think the dealer will know when they leave charleston! He will know when the car arrive at Bremerhaven ! I think
