F12 - "No matching record found"

I changed my status 105 50e order to a 40i order. My SA gave me a production number that he said will be at his dealership by March 10. I entered it in my garage. The description seems to match my order but the picture does not. When doing the F12 I get "No matching records found". See attachment. What does that mean?

Do the "F12" process on the previous page, before you click on the "Track status" link.

I tripped up on this myself.

Your production date is showing when using the "F12"?

No, F12 does not show a production date. I called Genius and they gave me the date. I assume the Genius data is correct?

Okay, gotcha. I was wondering how you saw the date in 112. They usually are correct with production week info.
