Here is another option. These are more exhaust sleeves. Outside tips fit perfect, inside exhaust has a bend in it so I had to modify them a bit. Cut off 1/4 inch and cut about a 1" line up the bottom so they would push on the rest of the way. Been on for about a week and so far so good, they don't seem to be going anywhere.

This is what I bought. Ideally they would be 1"shorter for the inside tips. Like I mentioned, it takes some cutting and finagalling to get the inside tips to fit right. Nothing too terrible, probably spent 5 minutes to install the outside tips and 45 minutes monkeying with the inside tips. I used a miter saw with a metal cutting wheel to shorten it, and then a vertical cut to spread the end to make room for the bend in the pipe. Have a piece a wood and a hammer handy to give them a few whacks. You can't shorten these too much because the inside spring clamps are spot welded at the end.

Here is a full view. The outside tip fits great, the inside tip takes work to get the end of the exhaust to tuck nicely into the rolled edge of the finishers.
Added the black badging to complete the shadow line look. Might have to get some exhaust paint and black out that big muffler hanging down..... |

Did you also add in a poly exhaust hanger/bracket too? Is the black paint on the bumper exhaust inside area fading anywhere? |

They only add about a 1/2" to the diameter of the exhaust so no changes to the hangers are required. Plenty of room left for movement. |

I just bought the sleeves and they fit great, however, I've already torched the paint that was on them... Anyone painted their exhaust tips have a recommendation on Paint?

Mine have been on for the past 2 months now and zero issues with them. I'd also recommend reaching out to the seller (if purchased on Amazon) and explain to them the situation, they may replace them for your. |

Well, it took me almost 4 years (since posting this thread)..... but I finally ditched the exhaust tips...... and went with a full-blown X5M exhaust.
