As others have mentioned, penfed rebate works fine is for penfed members. Yes, it does have some bureaucratic history & outdated docs tied to it which makes it confusing.
Bottom line:
Anyone who's a penfed member for > 60 days can use the penfed rebate.
Plan to use PenFed code next week at Mountain View bmw. They said they will apply, will see.
