Apple CarPlay gone!

hi everybody
please excuse my weak english. so i have my x5 since September 2019 and ever since it has CarPlay but i took it to the dealer for oil service and after it CarPlay was gone, they clam that it happens since my car has connected drive capabilities and the dealer doesn't support connected drive (which I'm not buying sounds like they just wanna do it and get away with it) now do you guys know how i might be able to get back? BimmerCode maybe?

Log onto connected drive and add it back

problem is connected drive is blocked in my country, and i cant access anything online for the car, and to add for your info the dealer even somehow disabled Remote Software Update which used to be present in the general settings menu

if you guys have any advice I'd appreciate it.

I suggest going back to the dealer and having them add it back for you.

let me guess your car is imported from USA ? not from bmw dealer in your country. common issue

need buy new FSC for apple carplay . if need help or questions pm me
