I wish I had saved the log file. It was something to the affect that the file didn't exist. The error was in the esys log. I thought it might be a pzdatafile issue, but it seems to be a later version than what is needed for the istep version.

As I type this I might be a pzdata issue. I thought the file I downloaded was 4.31.31, but this may not be correct. The zip file is listed as 4.28.21, which would not be correct for the 3.21.55 istep. I'll download the latest PZdata and see if it fixes things. Egg on face

Unless you have log set to auto-delete, it should be available in data folder.

If you were able to code previously then you should still be able to as the mappings for asla has not changed. Newer values will not be mapped correctly but older ones should be fine. Also you can use cheat sheet to code ASLA.

There is newer mapping in Esysplus, but unlikely to have issues, compared to Launcher Pro with 2018 mapping.

Not clear what specific "this" is referring to on an 18 page thread, but G06 and G05 are essentially the same electronics platform, so anything referring to G05 applies to G06. There are more variations between software versions and car build dates than there is between G05 and G06.

So sorry for not being more specific, but i meant the referenced file (Github) in the original post.

And thanks for the answer. I will give it a go and check.

I have this coded on MY2019 G05, and works well. I coded this using EsysX. My iLevel is at 11/2021.30.

I also have TLA, but it does not work as intended in the US. I think that it's because of the placement of traffic lights in the US. In Europe they are placed on the side of the roads before the intersection, and in the US they are on the opposite side of the road and towards the middle of the intersection. Just my opinion tho.

TLA is working, but not consistent, is it what you have? Does it stop on the red light automatically?

It works, but no the way it's intended. It stops in the middle of the intersection, which makes it very dangerous. The other features work such as the light recognition, and also the reminder when the light turns green.

Hello I guys, im quite new with coding..
During the weekend I tried to do some first codings to my G05
I have:
E-Sys 3.27.1
E-Sys Launcher PRO V2.8.2.162
PSdZData Lite 4.33.11

My G05 is 06.2020

I succesfully coded ASS tl last position

Ive tried to code M/Alpina dash, M Logo but without success
I was able to read ECU, read coding data but than im not able to find for example: GLOBAL_LAYOUT_VARIANTE to change dash to M

I can see some folders with numbers and than only folders without name like on attached picture:

Your E Sys set up is too old & out of date for G series you need to use Esysx when available or get an adaptor for the E Net cable to phone and use Bimmercode it can do most things bar aSLA,TLA & anti Dazzle. Download the free App & have a look at the X5 settings it will tell you what it can do. I have attached a list of ECU's that BC can access. You can use expert mode to easily change codes as you would do when FDL coding in Esys

ESys 3.34 or greater to do FA editing & VO coding only. PszData must be same release as your current iLevel or younger PM Shawn Sheridan for links to the latest ver of ESys & PszData. He also has a contact for Launcher Pro 3.7x which does NOT have the latest NCD mappings but you can use it to code aSLA only in conjunction with BimmerCode that has the latest mappings for the BDC & MGU_HU ECU's. Launcher Pro 3.7x is missing or does not have the correct FDL mapping for TLA & other MY21 features in the SAS3, BDC & MGU_HU ECU's.
