Recommended Cleaner for Clear Tree Sap Removal?

Hi - I have PPF and full ceramic coating on my X5. I use Feynlab's Rinseless when I do a full wash, but it won't remove sap or similar residues. Any suggestions on safe cleaners to use?

Isopropyl alcohol applied to a paper towel then the sap. Will slowly wear it away.

Thanks, I do appreciate your reply, but I think that alcohol will also remove the ceramic coating, or at least is not recommended for use on it.
