X5 45e rough downshift from 5th to 4th gear

Hi!

Has anybody experienced slightly rough downshifts from 5th to 4th gear? Happens when the car slows down by coasting. The car has only 14k km on it, the wheels and tires are 100% stock. I tried different modes - manual, eco pro (so that regeneration doesn’t occur when coasting) and etc.

Thinking about turning to a dealer and ask to troubleshoot, but would like to know if anybody else experiences that before telling them.

UPD: they found metallic powder (or whatever it’s called in English) in the transmission oil. Last week, they swapped the gearbox to a new one

Yes! Though, I can feel smell of transmission oil in the cabin after driving for some time. I hope it will go away after some drivings. Otherwise, I’ll have to turn to the dealer again. Sigh
