X5 lease

Any chance getting in to a 2019 X5 lease for $800 a month? No sales tax here.

Exactly info I’m looking for. Were there any incentives at the time? You remember what residual was at the time and MF? Is this before any MSDs? Sorry for all the questions.

Great credit and would be our 4th BMW lease in a row. Just started looking and asking as it’s a brand new model. Not sure how much discounts are being given at this time.

I put 7 MSD which brings MF down to 0.00147, 59% residual for 36/10 for 40i. Besides dealer discount, I got $1k corporate fleet. There's around $3K more incentives on sale price if you finance instead of lease

Looks like the base MF for March is .00177 and up to 7 MSDs can be used to reduce that. Each MSD would be a reduction of .00005.

The RVs are 36/10 - 59%, 36/12 - 58%, and 36/15 - 56%

There is currently no lease cash being offered but you can get a loyalty discount for being a current BMW owner.

Obviously the price/monthly payment amount would depend on how the vehicle is configured.

I'd love to see your numbers how you achieved that🧐

He may have mistyped and meant $811. To get to $711 it would have to be a tremendous (12+%) dealer discount if the only incentives were the $1k corporate and no money down. Unless I'm missing something in the calculations.

Before tax that can add thousands to the cap cost.

It depends on the state. In most it doesn’t add anything since it is charged monthly, only a handful base it on the full amount and needs to be paid upfront (or rolled in).

Pretty sure MD is one that adds it unfortunately.

It wasn't a typo. 711 is before tax based on details I gave above. Sale price after 1k corporate fleet and dealer discount was 61,714. Don't forget I put 7 MSDs

Yes, that is close to the number I came up with. It looks like you got the biggest dealer discount seen yet on the this as far as percentage goes. Most get in the 6% range but to get to 61,714 from 70 MSRP with only $1k incentive that would be a $7,286 discount equating to 10.4% discount. You did very well.

Aaaah that makes sense. Good deal though. Mine works out to be about that range on my higher MSRP priced vehicle (..actually a little less since it's all pretax.&#128526 But on paper is higher👊🏼

Yes, I was glad to see they were back. My dealer wasn't even aware of it yet so they had to do some checking to make sure. I did 7 also and the effective return was about 7.8%.

When you say 7 MSD, what does that mean? How much money did you put down for 7 multi security deposits, 7k? thank you

The way to arrive at the amount of the MSDs is to calculate the monthly payment using the MF for the number of MSDs that you are going to use. Round that number up to the nearest 50 and then multiple by the number of MSDs you will be using.

Here is a sheet on them from BMW.
