Mine just went to approved by CCA...submitted 1/31/19....I wonder if it's bc of the email I just sent?🤔

I have been informed by BMW NA that they are sill experiencing issues with their systems processing the older rebate applications. Please see our correspondence: “Unfortunately I don’t have a set time frame for any that have to be re uploaded into the system. If it is not populating any results, we have to find out why and how to get it to upload. When you receive the results from the upload, can you please send me the “No results” you receive so I can send to our contacts here to get these applications pushed thru. “ I see that your application is populating the following result when I process it: RS-Retail Status. Please see the last update I received from BMW NA today: “This is another one that is in status RS which is retail status. I have followed up with IT who was working on these to find out why they have not populated any true results on the activity tab.” I am currently still working with BMW NA to resolve the issue with the processing of your application as well as several others. If you wish to contact BMW NA directly on this matter to see if they can expedite the processing of your application you can reach them at 800-831-1117. If you contact BMW NA directly the customer service line is usually not familiar with the BMW CCA Rebate checks they issue and you may need to request to speak with someone in management who can open a ticket on your behalf to look into this matter further. Mine took under 2 weeks to move through the workflow to the 'Approved' status. Still waiting on the check though.

I believe there is only 1 lady who is processing these. I called in to inquire about my rebate and I got the same person who emailed back.

I'm over 90 days and waiting for a response. Looks like I'll try BMW NA next.

I just received an email from bmwcca that my rebate got approved today March 22, 2018 I’m expecting to receive the check from bmw NA in 2-4 weeks. My status Chang to approved.
