Three malfunctions in Three days!

I took my X5 on the Oregon Coast roadtrip on Saturday and 15 mins into the highway, I got TPM malfunction. Not a big deal. Tire pressures are fine. Will take to dealer tomorrow. Enjoyed entire trip without issues except for the rattle which hasnt been fixed yet. Today driving back home got two malfunctions one after the other Auto PDC malfunction followed by Parking assist malfunction. My car didn't beep at all even when I got so close to the wall while parking.
Three malfunctions in three days and my car isn't even a month old.
1. TPM
2. Auto PDC
3. Parking assist

Are these software issues? Do I need to get latest software from dealer? Because when I try to update software it says it is latest one.

I am really doubting if folks in South Carolina did any quality checks in the car. So disappointing!

Is anything block them at all? Dirty/snow/debris?

I had the Auto PDC message show up for 3 days. I took it took the dealer and found rear left sensor is not responding. The next day the message cleared itself and all the sensors working now. So I canceled the appointment to replace the sensor. I wasn’t too happy with the idea of taking off the rear bumper of a barely 2 month old car. Hope yours does the same thing.

Did you do anything that the sensors started working?

I can tell you with other makes of vehicle that has had this that it requires 20+ miles of driving. My Ram truck had this from ice on the sensor and even with multiple start-ups, I actually had to get over 20 miles before the computer reclears it.

We had light snow the day before the message showed up. So I cleaned each sensor, but the message didn’t go away. I am not sure if it had anything to do with the colder temp because the day message went away, the temp was in the 50’s.

so I dropped off my car to the dealer on Monday. They promised to give me an answer about what is wrong by Tuesday. So far the car is on the roof and no one has taken a look at it. The service advisor is like service dept is backed up and we are doing our best. I don't get this. never had such an experience with service dept with other manufacturers. Is this a BMW issue or just the dealership's service dept is lazy

I have noticed this as well. This my first BMW. I dropped the car off early morning and got nice 5 series. By afternoon I was getting impatient as I missed my SUV. They wanted to keep my car over the weekend to “study”. I was like GTFO and went to the dealer demaded my car back. I believe thats when they actually started working on my car. But it seems like they like to take their time.

Got an update from the dealer today that auto PDC malfunction was due to a loose connection to one of the pdc sensors. Got that plugged in correctly and it solved all the pdc related issues. They will replace the TPM sensors to solve the TPM malfunction. They are giving me all weather trunk liner for the inconvenience caused.
(i had to email service manager because my car was sitting on the roof since Monday and no one had checked and diagnosed it yet)
