My 2022 X5 has an “Uneven Road Surfaces” app which warns of uneven road surfaces. I can turn it off by clicking the app, but the car doesn’t remember the off setting (even though the software remembers other settings in my profile). The app always starts up again when I restart the car.

How do I permanently turn this app off? Can I delete the app? (In case it matters, I use comfort access and have the vehicle set to lock the doors when I walk away).

I’m able to turn mine off (MY21), and it stays off

you can try calling Genius to see if they can do something on their end but I doubt it. also, I’ve never tried to delete an app from iDrive, but try highlighting the app then hold down the iDrive controller and see if any options come up (also doubt it)

Mine has turned off randomly in the 1 month I have had the car. At least twice, I had to turn it back on.

Same issue here with 22 x5m. Damn thing won’t stay off, and I’ve turned it off about 5x in the last month
