Same here, I had first generation X5M and last X6M and the last one I absolutely loved.

This new one will be hard to resist.

The G80 and the M2 racer really got mine plans messed up. Lol

Did some searching and looks like it will get the same engine as F90 M5.
Would there be any other big difference from outgoing X6M??

Also those anyone know what is the average price increase on new model?

The car should weigh 100-150 lbs less then outgoing model.

Price for standard ( not Competition ) should start around 105-107K

I do wish to see HP match to Urus and CFRP roof

Hmm, same muffler exit location as G05.
Not as centered as the previous generation.

I love the location to be closer to the center.
It looks more aggressive to me.
First time I saw it on E46 M3 and it just looks fantastic.

Like the location on mine E70 much better then on F16
The F16 was a huge improvement in performance and specially the interior

Did your F90 M5 had better interior then X6M?

The F90 has great interior.

And BTW, I do agree with exhaust tips being closer looking much much better.

The seats on F90 are better but the contrast stitching on F16 was just gorgeous

See below the difference on Dashboard from F90 and F16

Everything but the grill

This car looks really promising except for that awful grill detail. I really do not understand why they continue to ignore overwhelming criticism for this awful design direction and continue to soldier on using it.

Can’t wait to experience the finished article.

I actually prefer the wider exhaust configuration.
Gives the ass a wider and more balanced look.

I super agree with that. Former colleague of mine who is a car enthusiast and a bit of a design freak (& does not own a BMW) told me that BMW M cars have that PERFECT distance between the exhaust and placed more in the middle. It is very unique, very BMW like. Of course M cars will continue to look great but the exhaust looked WAY better for me on the older models.

It is highly unlikely I will buy a X5M. I had a chance to do it three years ago and in the end (to-date) spent exactlt the same on mods and extras on the regular X5 (excluding fuel costs which are for sure more with the M).

On another topic (actually the real thread) these seats in a similar form could make it to the Msport X5 as is the case with X3 Msport which (if I am not wrong) can get X3M shape seats as an option soon?

Like the carbon fiber on X6M more then the M5 and yes that is a nice touch with contrast stitching.
Totally agree with you

It's not to bad on X5 I have one and really like it actually. See below picture, also the front bumper gone look awesome on new X5M

Soon the X5M will be revealed and I cannot wait to see the results.

I am sure it will be much better then the previous generation and this is what makes me want one.
