2020 X5 Pricing

Trying to understand if out the door price of 65k is a good one for x401 with premium package and leather interior? This is in Chicago. Lease rates are $950/month for 12k/36 months which seemed higher per my calc and hence the ask

We'll need a lot more information to judge this deal.

What's the MSRP?
Any dealer discount?
Any incentives?
Money Factor?

Just going based off the numbers you have provided, it sounds abysmal. For reference, I'm in the Chicago market and I'm paying roughly $100/month more than you for an MSRP of $82k and 15k/36 months, and I didn't qualify for any incentives at the time.

^this. Shoot for at least 10% off msrp. I ordered my car in June in Chicago and was able to get a comparable deal.

Patrick BMW Schaumburg - Highly recommend for discount before incentives.

Northfield - Max discount was 7% off msrp

Lake Bluff - Gave a hard no when I said at least 10% off

Elmhurst - Max discount was 7% off msrp

Didn't try Perillo but based on their location (downtown); I thought I'd pass on those guys for my initial dealer list.

I'll add to this - Bill Jacobs BMW Naperville is also great.

Our cars must be going down the line together. Mine just flipped to in the production queue also. I was originally a week 33 (August 10) build date, then my CA told me on Monday it was moved up to week 32.

Summer Sales Event (7/31/2020)

Does anyone know from past history whether the summer sales event ($2500 Finance Credit and 0.9% APR 60 Months) will be extended out to August 8/31/2020? Or will it firmly end on 7/31/2020. Thanks for your input.

What % off MSRP (either with or without incentives) should I target for 2020 X5 xdrive 40i on the lot vehicles nowadays with 2021's coming out? In southern CA and aiming for 64k-67k MSRP builds. Thanks!

Thanks! They offered 10.4% off before loyalty/finance rebates; we ended up going with a 2021 X5 PHEV instead though.
