While I'm totally happy on the updates they've made, I wonder if the target audience of soccer moms really cares much about driving dynamics. I for one will be happy because when I'm driving my wife's car, it'll be more fun. I remember her E53 was a shockingly good drive and always looked forward to driving it. Her current F15 M Sport is kinda boring.

Then again, maybe BMW is just trying to please both the husbands and the women with the updates made. I personally don't care what she buys, but I imagine that's not the case for everybody.

That's the non-U.S. M50d. Not available here.

The US spec gasoline M-Sports should look the same externally.

I also appreciate the closer look at what I assume is the Aluminium Tetragon/Hexagon trim in that video.

Most likely Phytonic Blue like the rest of the xLine press test vehicles. The white point color for the video is a bit warm.

Thank you - the blue just does not pop like the other pictures. Probably weather and whatever filtering was used in filming. Hopefully someone can post an Arctic Grey X5.

I saw the phytonic blue swatch. To me it seemed quite muted most of the time except in bright sunlight when it completely changes and becomes bright.

Similar to how mineral white looks like alpine white most of the time except when in bright sunlight when it just glows.

YOU ARE AWESOME!

This could also be dark graphite - which is what I have now. Which dealership has this one?

Thank you.

You’re welcome! Very cool color and glad to see something in the M-Sport in something other than white or blue.

Thank you for posting artic grey
Built an x5 with Artic grey and tartufo interior.
With trim I wasn’t sure and went with the Brown-Metallic Ash Grain Wood Trim. If anyone has any pictures of the trim it would be much appreciated.
Also looks like the headliner on the new x5 is alcantara from the videos, not sure but that would be an great addition if so!

Interesting to see Tartufo lower dash color instead of black. Hoping this stays in production instead of black lower.

Me too! I've ordered tartufo and would really like the lower dash in that color. The configurator doesn't show it though. It does show ivory white with white lower dash. Hmm. I would think we'll find out soon. Deliveries should begin in the next couple of weeks.

I believe it's not the US-spec car. The M sport package doesn't come with air suspension.
