I ordered my 2021 45e on July 2 which included the Luxury Seating Package (ventilated & multi-contour seats) but the order has yet to be scheduled. Apparently the delay is associated with the Luxury Seating package as this is no longer shown in the on line configurator. Instead, only the "multi-contour seats" are offered as an option. The dealer just contacted me offering to change the order to drop the package and switch to the multi contour option (which I will do). Any one else run into this issue?

The Luxury seating was removed from the MY20s the other month due to supply issues, evidently they have not been solved yet.

Aren't ventilated seats standard and you just have to pay for the massaging seats? That's how it is on my 21 M50i order.

No. Ventilated and multi-contour seats are an option on the 40i and 45e, standard only on the M50i.

Okay got it, my bad. I was just messing around with the configurator and it seems multi-contour seats appear to be the only option now for the 21 45e.

I'm really upset about so many features being taken away...

If all goes well they will be back before the end of the MY.

That's what happened to me when I went into the dealership. Multi-contour seats was the only option available at $750.
