Hi, does anyone know how much torque you need to apply to the tyre screws to keep the car running smoothly?...

3k miles on a 315/30R/22

Are you asking what the tightening torque should be on the lug nuts? If so, I use 90 ft lbs (122 newton meters)

Alas, no, I was being facetious. I was talking about the screw buried in the middle of my tyre.

Ouch. With it being on the main tread it should be repairable if it hasn't gone flat.

LOL, you got me That's an easy do it yourself fix. No need to even remove the screw, here's an expert video that shows you how easy it can be.. ..
