2019 x5 tire replacement

Replacing my Pirelli Scorpion 275/45R20 after 45k miles due to tire depth and uneven wear. Any recommendations for replacements. I'll probably stick with a run flat since no spare compartment.

Wow, impressive miles on those tires. I switched from Pirellis to Bridgestone and was happy with the new set. https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1859337
