Mine is also ready for delivery as of yesterday afternoon. Waiting for friend to pickup on my behalf.
Another data point - was stuck in 'at port' for 5 days before moving to 'in transit' and getting to dealership in 2 days.

Just know the Finance Manager may throw big ticketed items at you such as the extended service contract (often referred to as an extended warranty), Ultimate Care, windshield protection, tire and wheel warranty, interior protection, and possibly others. Definitely do your research. This forum is full of knowledgeable and helpful people.
Yes! I've learned a lot from this forum and I'll keep what you said in mind. Honestly, I did pay some of those items when I got my current car with no research. So I will never do that again... Anyways, thank you for your reply!

Congrats memphisgrizzlies1986@gma! Glad your car made it out of QC and to you before the year’s end. Enjoy your new ride.

Anyone with a week 49 build still waiting for delivery? We are in Nor Cal (Santa Rosa) and calling in train status says it just reached Richmond last night. It seems like there has been a backlog at Richmond, but does anyone have insight on whether or not delivery this year is still possible? Thanks

It should still be possible. Once off the train, needs a truck to get it to your dealer. I haven’t heard of lengthy truck delays in California. If you ordered a 45e, the dealer will need to charge it before releasing to you. It may be worth pinging your CA to check.

We were also week 49 and still waiting on ours to get to Seattle. Then it has to be trucked to Boise (they told us that part will take 2 weeks). Per BMW it is still supposed to arrive 12/30 in Seattle but based on the BoL tracking it has been in SD (maybe Menus?) since 12/21.

Minot, perhaps? My X5 (Seattle bound) spent about a day there.

That’s probably it. I have a hard time figuring out what city they are saying if it’s not one I have heard of before. I am guessing the weather last week delayed things. I am sure my car will arrive sometime, hopefully before March when the tax changes are now supposed to take effect.

The only changes that have been put off until March are the battery requirements. The MSRP and income limits go into effect 1/1/23.

We ended up buying an in stock 45e thinking our build wouldn’t come in time. We then found out it would make it before end of year. If anyone wants to take our build coming any day, pm me and I will send our SA details. It’s Alpine white, Msport, black Sensafin with aluminum tetragonal trim, extended shadow line, HK, 4 zone climate, rear sunshades, park assist, 20” wheels, blue Msport brakes.

We are good on MSRP and should be good on income unless we have a good year. The battery requirements are the big thing for us.

I hope you have a great year and losing the tax credit won't matter.

There's some I had to get a second opinion on, or play through the HomePod to see if it sounded different, and then some it was like "wtf was that"
