Oops! Update from OP
So while I found the X5MC to be the coolest car I've ever owned and thought it was awesome, I have reverted back to my original 2020 X5M50i build which I picked up a few days ago. I found the ride in the M to just be a bit too stiff for me as a daily driver. Purely personal preference. I know many of you find the vehicle to be great as a daily driver.
So my X5MC has been traded in and I wish the purchaser of it best wishes and they will certainly be getting a slightly used (1,800 miles) awesome car at a great discount. An expensive mistake on my part but at least I got to experience this great vehicle for 3 months. |

To my knowledge, this is not the last model year of the X5M50i. It's the last model year of the X5 50i.

Nice chatting again Glenn....
I can certainly understand why you made the move. After driving my X5MC i can def see how the way this thing drives and handles isn't for everyone. I'm coming from an F80 M3 Comp and that is a stiff riding car. I was expecting the X5M to be alot more complaint and it is, but not nearly as much as i'd imagine. Its a stiff ride even in comfort mode. I think for those that want a smooth cruiser type ride you would be happier in the M50i and save 25K. I'm sort of in-between where i like everything the M offers but would prefer the ride to be maybe 8/10ths of its stiffness now. I suspect I will be doing some sort of suspension mods to help this as well as reducing the monster fender gap. Alan

Beautiful vehicle, Mystro and, yes I'm loving mine. It was thrilling to own the X5MC for a few months but the M50i is the best option for me. Forgot to add I have piano black trim.
