I ordered a 21 X5 45e us spec back in March 21.
HK was temporarily not available and I waited until it became available to order. My car has the HK.

The base price drop is a disappointing thing. On top of that msport pack price got reduced $1100 for MY 22.
I paid 5500 for MSport , now it is $4400. There is no change in the msport content at all.
I wonder if I call bmw USA ask them for a price adjustment, LOL … in the form of a voucher where I can use this amount for a future BMW. Have been a loyal customer for so long, it is irritating to know same package now cost 1100 less.

My 4-zone auto climate control is also $400

Front & rear heated seats became N/C.

I didn't order ZRC. My build sheet shows:

- 4 zone auto climate control $400
- Front & rear heated seats N/C
- Heated front seats, armrest, & steering wheel $250

Also 45e here, I got Premium Package which requires 4-zone AC (4NB) as a standalone $400 option, but I didn't get ZRC or $250 heated Armrests & Steering Wheel (4HB). I don't see any free rear heated seats in my build

I can also confirm that the standalone 4 zone ac option is available for $400. Mine is a MY2022 45e.

So this is interesting, my build is 95% identical to yours except I got Premium package vs your Executive package, and I didn't get 4HB.

I wonder if they made 4HA standard across the board or included it in the price of Executive package

Do you happen to have the latest version of pricing guide reflecting these changes?

My 45e build has exec pack and I see "Heated Front Seats" listed under Standard Features on Track My BMW site. Not sure that's 4HA or 4HB...

We were trying to figure out why my MSRP increased $50 from $79545 to $79595.

It was supposed to be:
Front and Rear Heated Seats $350
Heated Front Seats, Armrests & Steering Wheel $250

But after building it as MY22 it became:
Front and Rear Heated Seats $0
Heated Front Seats, Armrests & Steering Wheel $250
4-zone auto climate control $400

I recall him telling me 4NB was automatically added from the Executive package. I don't really remember as it was just 50 bucks more so I didn't bother asking the details.

Thanks for the details. But according to my SA and TeamKPC above, 4HA is not part of the Executive package. I guess you got lucky

I hope it's not luck then that means there's a glitch somewhere and my build wouldn't be as promised lol.

Maybe you're right about getting 4HA for free by just adding 4HB and 4NB. You should be able to revise it if your VIN hasn't been assigned. $250 is worth it IMO especially my wife hates the cold.

Can you check your MyGarage tracker again and let us know what is under your "Added Options" and "Standard Features"?

I asked my SA about this free 4HA you are getting and he has no clue

You have Premium or Executive package?

From all sources I have seen so far, it's not possible to order 4HA as a standalone option (let alone getting it for free).

But GordoNx3o9 has done it some how

Same here. I’ve got exact same build as Gordon except it’s an x40i and did not get rear heated automatically.
