Anyone know of sub 9 month 45e allocation?
Local dealer quoted me ~ 9 months for 45e. Anyone know of dealers (or are there any here) with allocations for a quicker turn around?
Thanks! **EDIT WRONG SECTION OOPS** ! Will repost in correct. Please delete! Last edited by socialpro1; 06-28-2022 at 04:24 PM.. |

You might look into using a broker versus your local dealership.
As I understand it, dealers get allocations based on previous sales volumes and the factory capacity. They don't automatically get a new allocation when they write a contract...they're allocating an existing allocation to you. If they can't trade one with another dealer, it is what it is. |

Check a couple other dealers in your area. 9 months seem excessively long for x45e. Albeit demand may have increased with increasing gas prices. Just picked mine up 3 weeks ago, waited 2.5 months.

If you live in an area with a number of BMW dealers, try calling everyone. I went to the "largest volume" dealer around my area. They got 13 45e allocations in May. When I placed order on early May, I was like 11-13th on the waitlist, they told me if not June I should get allocation by July. I got one for June.
