I hope you get into week 46- I ordered a few weeks back, was quoted as week 44 and then it jumped to 46 a few days ago. Maybe our rides will be neighbors at the plant

Just fyi folks, I have wireless charging and went to 150 today. I have 20 Inch wheels but don't have MSport so mine are the 738's not the 740's...no idea if that makes a difference or not but just thought i'd share...Prod. Date is 11/1 so would be right at 81 days from receiving prod. number. plus transport so probably 90 days total...ish.

Just spoke with my dealer about switching wheels from 741M to 740M. He said that it will push the production a few weeks out.

I had switched mine to 740M on 10/18 then my status to turn 150 the next day (unexpected).

I'm unsure if that triggered it to advance. But it could have turned it the other way around and push me back all the way to week 49 because of availability issue.

The difficulty here is that there's no transparency from the factory for us to avoid the options that have availability issues.

I would say what I did this week was a gamble.

I'm taking a gamble! Just texted my CA to switch my wheels to 740m. Let's hope my production week won't get pushed out too much.

No still 112 in mygarage per F12 trick. Called Genius this morning for a weekly update and they confirmed I was moved back to originally planned WK44.

Just joining this thread. Ordered my '23 X5 45e. Dealer was a little flakey. Got my Vehicle Inquire Report this past Friday, while I gave the go ahead two weeks ago, with a 112 order status and Priority 1 - customer sold. Clearly want to get delivery <12/31 to get the $7.5k fed tax credit.

As an aside, BMWNA is buying back my '22 X5 45e due to major hybrid battery repair issues.

Any sense where this falls in production schedule?

Also, what is the f12 trick I get seeing pop up on threads?

Would flying to SC and getting the car via the PCD speed up the process?

Your CA or Genius can tell you what your production week is.

PCD is booked up so that isn't an option.

Here are the instructions for the F12 process. Once you hit Production Begins, the prodDate data item will contain your production date.

They had 46&47 allocations available and I finally got the production number. Genius said it's 112 week 48. Typical white msport with most options but no wireless charging or wifi.

so you were week 46 before the switch to the 740s? I'm still wk 48 and trying to decide if I should do the same or stay on the 741s. I saw Kief is on 741 and week 46. I'll head into the dealership in a few hours.
