2019 X40i - Good deal?
Hey everyone - I'm in the market for an X5 and came by this used 2019 G05 so wanted to get some reactions if you think if it's a good deal or not.
2019 BMW X5 xDrive40i Vernasca Leather Convenience Package Parking Assistance Package 20" Wheels F&R Heated Seats + Armrests & Steering Wheel Remote Engine Start Listed for $55.5K with 1.5K miles on it. If I use the pricing sheet, I get to an MSRP of $66.5K What do y'all think? |

Even though the MSRP is 66.5K that's not what it would sell for new. Also, this is a 2019 so it is, in effect, already a year old.
Even a new, leftover 2019 like that would probably be under 60K. And as a new car, it would get a full warranty and be eligible for BMWCCA rebate of $1000.00. For example, assuming its sale price was 60K a 10% discount on that would bring it down to 54K. But I don't think a 10% discount on a used, last model year car is a good deal at all. I would guess it should be below 50K. Keep in mind that depreciation on a new car just one minute after you buy it is horrendous. Quote:
