Hi everyone! My 25’ x5 m60i will hopefully be built week 16 (mid april) and I’ve already been looking into some tasteful mods. At most I want to tint the windows and install the bmw performance parts front lip/splitter and the rear flow through wing.

I’m more concerned about the front lip and installation which requires some small drilling under the front bumper. I’ve previously owned all my cars outright so I never had to worry about mods but this will be my first lease. I REALLY love the way that front lip looks but I’m worried the small drill holes may affect when I go to return my lease and remove the parts.

Any of you with more experience or knowledge id love some advice on if you think this would be ok or would it cause issues upon lease return?

Should be able to leave this on lease return, especially if you go with OEM front lip.
